Limited edition 10 LP box set with booklet. Records look like new. Box has some very minor wear.
Mosaic issued this 10 LP box set comprising virtually all of the music recorded by Benedetti during a two-week stint by Parker in March, 1947 at a Los Angeles club called the Hi-De-Ho; then one night in March, 1948 at the Three Deuces in New York and a week in July of that year at the Onyx Club, both on the legendary 52nd Street. For various reasons, mainly economic, most of the pieces display only Parker's alto work. There are few ensemble heads or other band members' solos. Thus there are 270 Parker items comprising 461 solos or fragments, one a mere three seconds long.

All records will ship in proper record boxes with cardboard packing. We also remove all LP records from their sleeves before shipping to protect the seams of cover. Sealed LP records will NOT be opened before shipping, unless you request us to do so.

We do not play grade MOST of our records so we guarantee our visual grading with a money back guarantee that includes shipping. If we do play a record, we will let you know of any noise in our description. Generally, we do not list records below EX- condition unless it is exceptionally rare. We do not recommend audiophiles bid on records in less than NM- condition. Our grading standard is as follows.
Mint is only used for sealed records or records that we are certain have never been played.
Near Mint or NM is for the most part as good as it gets! No marks and will play clean with no noise unless inherent in the pressing.
EX+ Will generally have one or two minor flaws, but will overall be near mint.
EX or Excellent will have light surface marks and some background noise.
EX- Overall an Excellent copy with light surface marks, but with something that distracts, like a small scratch that makes a few pops.
VG+ Consistent background noise, pops but should not skip or stick. Still a playable copy.
VG has many problems. Noise will dominate. May have quite a few pops and possibly a skip.
VG- Will likely have a skip or two and will be very noisy.
G = Our lowest grade and is actually a poor record. We will probably never list a record in this grade.
