Description

I bought this LP myself while in college in 1956. It is Charlie Parker the Magnificent, on Clef #Mg C-646. This is an original in mono that I played no more than 6 times. Selections are: Au Private, She Rote, K.C. Blues, Star Eyes, In the Still of the Night, Old Folks, Blues for Alice, Si Si, Swedish Schnapps, Back Home Blues, Lover man, and Why Do I Love You. I played it today for the first time in 50 years and it is still the best jazz record ever made, in my opinion. A few ticks here and there but just fine. The jacket had some tape on it when I got it and it's still on. With a little writing on the back the jacket is in fairly good condition. A wonder of enjoyment. Shipping is exact cost.
