Description
This is an auction of a Charlie Parker Quartet & All-Stars SUPER RARE DIAL 202 ORIGINAL 10" from 1954 with Erroll Garner Wardell Gray Barney Kessell Howard McGhee and others. Great vocals by Earl Coleman on 2 tracks.
Record is visually graded as overall VG+ with small amount of light and moderate marks and a few manufacture imperfection bumps - PLAY GRADES from VG++ and even better in spots BUT has about 10 very brief skips - 1 at beginning of the 3rd track on side 1, about 7 on the 1st track of side 2 and 2 others later on that side - so play grades VG if you focus on the skips, VG++ for the rest of the record (not trying to be obsure but this is the accurate description for me at my tracking - you may get slightly different results), cover is VG with a small piece of tape on each side but NO splits - some fraying at corners, a name written on back and some foxing spots on both sides. Please bid only if you understand this very rare record's flaws.
