Original red/orage 7 yellow label, Text in the yellow center disc in black ink. Parker, alto sax on all tracks. Side A, Master Set A-Original Issue. 3 tracks also include Erroll Garner, piano; Red Callender, bass; Hal West, drums; Earl Coleman, vocal on 1 track. 2 tracks also include Wardell Gray, tenor sax; Howard McGhee, trumpet; Dodo Marmarosa, piano; Barney Kessel, guitar; Callender, bass; Don Lamond, drums. 1 track also includes Max Roach, drums; Tommy Potter, bass; Duke Jordan, piano; Miles Davis, trumpet. Side B has 6 alternate takes of the same tunes as on Side A. This is legendary music on an equally legendary label by the pioneers of bebop. Very rare.
Cover: VG++ Intact with a number written in the corner of the back cover. Name of previous owner printed in extremely small print in the opposite corner of the back cover. Light aging on the back cover. Slight scuff mark on the red/orange label on the front cover.
Record: Mint(-) Visually shows no wear. Played only a very few times with care. 3 or 4 extremely light, short, surface rub marks on both sides. These are barely visible. There are a few minor clickls and slight groove noise. All are barely audible. This slight noise can be attributed to the quality of DIAL RECORDS and not to wear or handling. Heavy vinyl pressing. Fine collectalbe condition. Audibly checked.
