This is one of the nicest copy of this lp I have ever seen. It's one of the rare 10" featuring Charlie from the early 1950's, with the early Mercury label. It pains me to let this go, but I am saving up to buy a house. NICE SHINY VINYL IS IN VG++(oh so close to NM-) CONDITION AND LABELS ARE IN EXCELLENT SHAPE.

COVER IS IN NM- CONDITION. I'm calling this NM- because a small piece of laminate is loose, otherwise it is spotless! NO splits. A very nice copy!

I GRADE CONSERVATIVELY WITH THESE STANDARDS:

SEALED (SS): Vinyl is presumed Mint and any defects on cover will be noted above.

MINT: If album is not sealed, then it must look truely unplayed for this grade.

NM: The vinyl is virtually flawless, bright and shiny. A very minor, barely visible scuff or two may be permitted, but no scratches.The cover may have very minor signs of wear or cover impressions- nothing very noticable.

NM- : The vinyl is virtually flawless, bright and shiny. Very minor, barely visible scuffs may be permitted, and there may be a minor scratch that does not effect play. Cover has slightly more wear than NM.

VG++: Some very minor visible surface wear, a few very minor scratches and scuffs, but minimal impact on the sound quality. Vinyl will still have good luster. Cover has very slight shelf wear.

VG+: The difference between this and a VG++ record is the amount of scuffs and light scratches. Vinyl will still have good luster and play well. Cover is clean but may have minor writing or marks and may show slight wear.

VG: Vinyl will have noticeable scratches or scuffs that cause minor surface noise, but do not overpower the music. There will be no skips. Vinyl may appear somewhat dull and grayish. Covers are worn and used. Seams may be starting to split or may have been repaired with clear tape. There is moderate ringwear, but the artwork is still attractive.

G: I don't really ever sell anything at this grade unless it is an extremely rare record that is almost impossible to find. Well-played, dull, grayish vinyl with deeper scratches and wear causing distracting surface noise (hisses, pops, cracks and other nasties). The record will still play through without any skips.Seam splits, large marker writing, major seam splits, significant ring wear, damaged corners, tears, cuts, gouges, masking or duct tape seam repairs, or other flaws and damage.
