The record for your consideration is the Checkers "House With No Windows"" King 4710 45 rpm Doowop Original.
The record is visually E. Excellent shine. Very little surface wear at all. A side does have one tiny little mark on it that doesn't effect the play, but we downgraded from E+ because of this. Plays excellently on our record player with very little background noise. See scans for label condition.
Records are graded to be in the condition as listed to the best of our ability. Everyone grades a little differently.
