Japan did not have picture sleeves,instead they put picture inserts with the single that came in plain sleeve
Vinyl is in excellent condition and looks barely played. VG+/EX- Cover insert has light wrinkling,light ring wear and small pen writing of a date on the upper back. Front looks nice.
