Description

This is part of a large auction of blues, doo-wop & R&B 45's on Chicago-based labels from the 1950's/early 60's. Several Chess, Checker, Vee-Jay and more. Many promos mixed in. Even a few from more obscure labels.
Here's the info on this item:

Release: Muddy Waters - She's Nineteen Years Old / Close To You

Format: 45 rpm 7" single

Year: 1958

Notes: Blue label first pressing. This is another one with a label variant.  The font here is sans serif and there are quote marks around the titles.  Two great non-album tracks here with the classic Chicago sound.

Vinyl Condition: VG+, vinyl is in great shape with very little wear, just some very light sleeve rash on Close side and some minor spindle wear on Nineteen. Looks very clean and sounds great with no skips/ticks/bumps, plays with hardly any background noise at all.  Labels are nice with no marks/tearing/stickers. This is a nice copy overall.

I want buying from me to be a good experience for you. I also know that condition can be very subjective, so I encourage you to see pics for exact condition details and ask questions if you need additional information. As always, the item you see is the one you will get. Please see my feedback, I think that will show that I am an accurate and fair grader and make sure my customers are happy.

I will combine shipping for anyone who wins more than one item.  If you do need combined shipping, please wait for an invoice before paying.
