Description

COLLECTOR'S ALERT. Chet Baker "Chet Baker Sings" 1954 Pacific Jazz Records PJLP-11 mono 10".  OK kids, this is the stuff, a beautiful and sought after recording that's in great shape. Sleeve has only the lightest scuff front and back, with tiny damage to the lower left corner (see photos).  Vinyl is wonderful.  There's moderate scratch on "Not for Me" (the only thing that kept me from rating the vinyl Excellent), but it's not ruining the playback.  In fact, throughout, the playback is really nice, with a light crackle that you don't notice because of the sheer clarity of this pressing.  On top of the trumpet playing, Baker's voice will take you to another place.  Just cleaned with a VPI wet-vac system.  I'll pay the shipping via USPS Media Mail.
