This expansive set showcases the band's early progressive rock and jazz fusion sound, featuring extended live versions of fan favorites and deep cuts. Highlights include "In The Country," "South California Purples," "Make Me Smile," and the epic "25 or 6 to 4." The album captures the raw energy and musicianship of Chicago's early lineup with Jerry Yester, Peter Cetera, Robert Lamm, Lee Loughnane, Walter Parazaider, James Pankow, Danny Seraphine, and Terry Kath, and produced by James William Guercio. This copy includes 2 fold-out posters, one of the band and one of Carnegie Hall. Does not include the original outer box.
