Columbia Records 4-44909; white label DJ promotional version with picture sleeve, released in 1969

Columbia Records promotional 45 rpm w/ picture sleeve, 1969: "Questions 67 and 68." Short side (edited, 3:07) / long side (unedited, 4:45). 

Edited side plays Near Mint; unedited side plays VG++; unedited side displays small scratched area that does not affect play other than a couple of seconds of barely-heard ticks; nothing at all objectionable. The edited side shows a couple of minor scuffs. 

Picture sleeve has no seam splits, but displays some crimping, bends and minor tears at the upper edge area; please see the final. Careful grading. 

Radio station property stamps (WTPC, Principia College, Illinois) on both sides of record label.
