Description
Original UK Blue Horizon label stereo press gatefold LP, with the earliest A-1 B-1 matrices and A-4 A-5 stampers.
The E.J. Day Group front laminated gatefold sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with a couple of small laminate creases & some very light wear around the corners. The spine is intact and fully readable, the plain inner is intact, with some writing & in VG+ condition. The record is in visually EX+ condition, with only one or two faint sleeve removal hairlines visible under bright light on each side. The labels are in EX condition, clean & bright with evidence of a couple of spindle markings on each side. The sound reproduction is EX+, still clear & precise throughout with no loud pops, crackle or hiss & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, with some very brief background noise during the run in grooves, overall still a really great loud, listen!! The matrix nos. are; S7-63209, A-1 mother stamper A-4, B-1 mother stamper A-5. This is one of the very early pressings of the original UK stereo 1st issue of this 1968 album!All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund of original price & postage on return of the record (no partial refunds), no quibbles, no problems!! All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide. All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!!
