Condition:
Vinyl - VG
(Well worn. Lots of surface scuffing & groove wear is apparent, especially on the first tracks on each side.
Still, it plays fine all the way through without a skip and is an enjoyable listen. I've played it twice through on 2 different turntables and find it hard to let go of.)
Cover - VG
(Well, the good news is there is NO WRITING anywhere on it. The colors are bright.
Main issues: bottom completely split and halfway up the side.
Other than that you can see from the picture the crease that somehow damaged the image on the front (right). It is still pretty sturdy.)

Goldmine standards for grading:
MINT (M)
These are absolutely perfect in every way. Often rumored but rarely seen.
NEAR MINT (NM)
Near mint records are shiny and free of visible defects. If played, an NM record will do so without surface noise. NM covers have no creases, ring wear or seam splits of any kind.
VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+)
VG+ records may show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect the listening experience. Slight warps that don’t affect the sound are OK. A VG+ cover might have some very minor seam wear or a split (less than one inch long) at the bottom, the most vulnerable location. Also, a VG+ cover may have some defacing, such as a cut-out marking.
VERY GOOD (VG)
VG records are among the biggest bargains in record collecting. When played, a VG record has surface noise, and some scratches may be audible, especially in soft passages and during a song’s intro and ending. But the noise won’t overpower the music otherwise. VG covers will have many signs on human handling (ring wear, split seams, writing, price tags, etc…).
