Description
From my collection to yours...
Brand-new, shrink-wrapped European release of the late French singer Christophe's greatest hits. I picked up an extra copy on a holiday trip to France, since the pop star died last year, and most Americans don't know his work (his song "Les paradis perdus" inspired the song of the same name Christine and the Queens — younger fans might recognize him from that, although newbies should start with the classics "Les Marionettes" and "Les mots bleus"). The full track listing is as follows:
A1 Petite Fille Du Soleil
A2 Ne Raccroche Pas
A3 La Dolce Vita
A4 Aline
A5 Les Marionnettes
B1 Les Mots Bleus
B2 Mère Tu Es La Seule
B3 Mes Passagères
B4 Belle
B5 Cette Vie Là
B6 Main Dans La Main
C1 Daisy
C2 Épouvantail
C3 Les Paradis Perdus
C4 J'ai Entendu La Mer
C5 Une Autre Vie
D1 Samouraï
D2 Succès Fou
D3 Le Dernier Des Bevilacqua
