Reasonable offers are welcome. 
As far as I know this is an original Stereo press with the red and gold Knight Crest center label. Black and silver labels are first press monos but I have never seen a stereo press with a black and silver label. These Knight Crest labels definitely came before the later light blue Chess labels from 1965.

VINYL- VG++ Nice clean vinyl with nice shine and some very fine sleeve scuffs/fine hairline in a few spots but No deep or feelable scratches.  Some occasional light ticks/pops but nothing that persists. Sounds Great. This has the gold and red Knight Crest label. 
COVER- High VG to VG+  Solid with no splits. Spine looks great. Has some light scuffs, edge and corner wear and a touch of ringwear starting to show. Back side has some spots of off white but still looks nice.
