Description

This listing is for a fantastic 1959 copy of Chuck..Berry is on Top on Chess Records and in the original plastic bag.

I believe this is the “Sheldon” pressing with matrix / runout Side A: 9258 △1530; and Side B: 9259 △1531.
The LP is a solid VG++ with very minor, very small and very few blemishes and no feelable scratches.  Anything you see in the photos is either glare or reflection of light.
The LP jacket comes in the original plastic bag (not shrinkwrap) with price sticker on front.  There are some scratches in the plastic on front side, but I looked under the plastic and those scratches are not on the jacket, which is a solid NM or NM-.
I recently purchased a small collection of records from a collector who took extremely good care of his records, including this one.
This is a collector-quality LP!  Beautiful copy.  Thank you.
***I have been collecting LPs for more than 25 years.  If you’re not completely satisfied with the condition of this LP I will be happy to refund your money.      ***LP will be placed in a new plastic sleeve and shipped in a Mighty Music Mailer from Bags Unlimited – the best LP mailer on the market in my opinion.  I tape all sides of mailers, not just a strip down the middle.
I am happy to answer questions.
I take pride in my packaging and will make sure this LP is packaged well for safe delivery.  SHIPPING & PACKAGING IS A FLAT $9.00 IN THE CONTINENTAL USA – shipping and packaging material costs keep going up, sorry.
You are also welcome to pick up the LP from my home in far northeast Michigan.
