Out of Print and limited to /1000 copies on White Wax!
I am listing the record and sleeve as excellent condition because I am not used to grading records and I don't want to make claims that are too high. Both look brand new to me though. There is a little bit of a bend in the sleeve (upper right front, see pictures), but nothing that won't flatten out. The record and insert look flawless. Everything has been kept in a plastic sleeve.
