Description
Churchmice - picture sleeve ONLY for their House of Guitars single Babe We're Not Part of Society / College Psycology [sic] of Love, 1965.
Autographed by Churchmice kingpin Armand Schoebroeck, who would later morph this band into the group known as Armand Schoebroeck Steals and create some of the oddest avant-punk homemade grunge known to man. A lovable weirdo of the highest degree. The sleeve also has a custom rubber stamp with Schoebroeck's likeness that says "Armand House of Guitars". House of Guitars was a music store owned, I believe, by Schoebroeck's father. Armand worked there and recorded there under the house name. The inscription reads (as best as we can determine): "65 Kill Me ?n't ever did befor [sic] Armand S".
A great piece of mid-60s garage rock memorabilia.
