Classical Audiophile Stereo LP London FFSS CS 6087 Blue
Classical Stereo LP London FFSS CS 6087 features Pierino Gamba conducting the London Symphony Orchestra and is entitled "Operatic Highlights for Orchestra." Featured cuts are "La Traviata, Preludes to Acts 1 and 3" by Verdi, "Cavalleria Rusticana, Intermezzo" by Mascagni, "Cleopatra, overture" by Mancinelli, "I Vespri Siciliani, Overture" by Verdi, "Notturno in G Flat Major, Op. 70 No.1" bby Martucci and "La Gioconda, Dance of the Hours" by Ponchielli. The stamper in the dead wax is 1D on side one and 1E on side two. The vinyl is very clean and very close to near mint. Beautiful mirror finish. The cover is a blue back with no seam splits and still has square corners. Great copy and the Mascagni piece is truly great.
