I am the original owner. David Roback from Mazzy Star with Kendra Smith post Clay Allison & pre OPAL 12" vinyl single. The vinyl is shiny and in great shape. I'd say it's VG++ to EX. It also comes with a rare flex-disc of Kendra Smith singing Velvet Underground's 'All Tomorrow's Parties'.
