Blue Note BLP 1549, Cliff Jordan and John Gilmore, Blowing in from Chicago. 47 West 63rd labels on both sides and a 47 West 63rd sleeve. Deep groove, RVG, and Plastylite “ear” on both sides.
AUDIO- Side 1- very minor surface noise- Only noticeable during soft passages. Track 1- 1 tick, Track 2- 0 defects, Track 3- small scratch not effecting play. Side 1 plays VG+ with those 2 exceptions.Side 2- very minor surface noise- Only noticeable during soft passages .Track-1- small scratch audible through 7-8 rev, Track 2- 0 defects, Track-3- 1 Tick. Side 2 plays a solid VG+.

VISUAL (record) Side 1 There is a scratch across the end of Track 1 extending to the beginning of Track 3. I was surprised quite frankly that it was inaudible, when the record was played, but sometimes they fool you.Side 2- a few paper scuffs from the sleeve, but nothing else.Overall Visual- VG because of that scratch on Side 1.Cover- Photos don't do it justice.Light wear on spine. One 1" split top right. Face- some lifting of the laminate on the right front. Back- very light aging around edges - signature in pen. Overall- Strong VG+, where it's important, VG on the edges.
