  It seems that these sets aren't common. I have no information, as to whether this 12-record set was only a promo item, or whether this is a promo copy, of something generally released.
This set comprises the box, the 12 pic-sleeve re-issue singles, and a card from Smash Hits magazine, to "Helen", congratulating her on winning. This came from a sizeable collection owned by a person called Helen. Each of the singles has a sticker saying "Not For Sale - Company Property". So, it's a set sent by the company, to the magazine, presumably for review, and then offered as a competition prize. The card enclosed by Smash Hits illustrates artists popular around 1981, so that probably dates the issue of the box set. 
The box is in nice condition - just a little wear to edges and corners - photos are the item for sale. There is a silvery sticker, which has an autograph of Cliff on it. Sticker has peeled-away a bit on 2 corners, and shows wear to the surface.  I have scanned front and back of the box, so you can see all the corners! You can see which singles are included, from my pictures.
Singles are in excellent condition. Label of each is like the original issue - older ones mimic green Columbia label, later ones have EMI type labels.
