Description: This is scarce Japan only album ( released around 1970 ) of Cliff, comin' with complete appendices ( including rare red wax ). 2 flaps are attached inside gate-fold cover, showing "photo of Cliff" & "Japanese description". The disc is marvelous red-wax, issued only for its 1st pressing. It's hard to find this item in complete set even in my country. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: G+/EX+ ( Cover / Disc )

COVER: Cover is partly worn on the corners & outer-edges. It’s lightly scraped & scratched in places on the front & back, while being stained with light brown spots inside gate-fold. Light ring-wear is on each side. Otherwise no tear, dent, strip & writing...OK.

DISC: Disc is excellent in condition, keeping glossy. It has a light scuff on Side A-1 and a few slight ones on Side B. There’re several spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any scratch & hairline, which is to be rated as "EX+". Excellent condition for its old age.

OBI: G+, being stained with brown spots in places on the back, while being lightly creased on the surface of each side. A supply-tag is attached to the top of back.

INSERT: G+ ( white ), being lightly discolored with brown stains in part on the surface of each side. / EX- ( colored ), being lightly aged & creased in right top corner.

POSTCARD: VG, being browned & creased in right top corner of front & left top of back.
