See my other auctions this week for some nice jazz LPs! Here’s an original 10 inch LP by Clifford Brown and Max Roach! It’s an original pressing from 1955 on the Emarcy label, number MG26043. The vinyl grades VG++ on side two, and VG to VG+ on side one. Side one has some haze to the vinyl as often found on these early and somewhat crude pressings. It plays with some hiss as a result. The graphics on the front cover are sharp, clear, and the original gloss still remains… it has a “new” look to it. Aside from a tiny (one inch) seam splot on top, there is no writing, tape or other problems. This album is a jazz classic and is rarely found in decent shape!
