Description

Original US Strata-East pressing of Clifford Jordan's In The World — the first release in the Dolphy Series, recorded Spring 1969 at Town Sound Studios and issued in 1972.

One of the most in-demand titles in the Strata-East catalog, with a lineup that reads like a summit: Clifford Jordan on tenor, Julian Preister on trombone, Wynton Kelly on piano, Wilbur Ware and Richard Davis on bass, plus Don Cherry and Albert "Tootie" Heath on side one and Kenny Dorham, Roy Haynes and Ed Blackwell on side two.
