Description

Climax/Columbia 1902 Pressing Of I Got Mine..Coon Song..Collins & Natus..1901. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Media Mail.

This 1901 Climax Recording with VTM is here pressed as a Columbia.

The song is a Coon Song and the N word is passed around like table salt here.

The records condition is quite good for a 117 year old record. It has some wear but plays through with no problem. It fades a little bit at the very end as many recordings of the period. But for the most part plays through very strongly.

This recording deals with card games stealing money and dressing like a swell eating chicken and wine. The rest of the lyrics I will leave to your imagination or your discovery if you win. Quite a facinating record from the dawn of the 20th century.
