Label Conditions: Both clean, fresh and attractive with light, mainly quite fine spindle marks.

Outside Cover Front: The front, with its iconic ‘bronzed’ image remains a classic. There are some signs of wear e.g. imperfections/indentations to the lower right portion of the cover. Otherwise, the colours are strong, rich and with clear definition & no ring wear.
Outside Cover Back: The back is virtually immaculate. With no ring wear, this is quite an unusual sight.
Spine and Text: Solid and quite straight with no compression. The spinal text is clear (and for 40 years+) easy to read
Corners: Moderate rubbing to all, good shape is retained.
The Inner Sleeve: original outer natural discolouration
(Vertigo swirl) paper with polythene inner. There is evidence over the years and creasing.
Vinyl Condition/Visual Grading: EXCELLENT: a fine visual copy that is clean, shiny, intense black and solidly pressed. There are some very light surface marks but NO penetrating scratches, hence few pops or significant clicks to be heard. Visually a splendid record that should please many a collector.
Warps: Assume all records I offer have no warping of any significance and all tracking is easy and effortless and should play on all turntables, even ‘budget’ decks.

Sound Quality and Audio Grading: This 1970’s record plays mostly above its visual grading with little to fault. Strong, distortion-free sound, all frequencies are sharp and clear - sound quality is very high with a wide dynamic range and very detailed sound. Any surface sounds are mainly light and infrequent; the odd trace on the quiet passage here and there, enough to remind it is a record being played, nota clinical digital format.
