DESCRIPTION: Colosseum- Those about To Die Salute You LP. 1st UK press with black/silver labels, 1Y1/2Y1 matrix and laminated gatefold sleeve. Packed this weighs over 500gm so overseas postage is as for a double. In absolute top condition, you will not find a better copy.

CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): NM/EX+. Vinyl is immaculately clean with a deep dark sheen. Played all of this today. Sits perfectly flat on turntable, Music sounds pretty much perfect, really clear, loud and clean. Cover is also in absolute top condition. It has minimal edge-wear, minimal cornerwear and negligible creasing. Immaculately clean inside to gatefold. Really Clean labels. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. Check out the photos.
GRADING SYSTEM: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades.
I am just starting to sell off my very extensive record collection, built up over 40 years. I have hundreds of rarities in fantastic condition from many genres including blues, punk, metal, britpop, progressive, kraut, classic and hard rock. Almost all of the records i list will be in at least VG+ condition. The only exceptions would be some extremely rare records. PLEASE ADD ME TO YOUR FAVOURITE SELLERS LIST.
