Has the "Adderly" misprint on front and back cover along with Side B track mis-order on the back cover (which all six-eye pressings from USA have in common)
Has the Side B track mis-order on Side B label (corrected November 1959)
Cover printed by Imperial Packing Co., Inc. supplying the Bridgeport pressing plant (evidenced by the "4" on the back over as compared to Kind Of Blue with "6")
