ARTIST: Miles Davis
TITLE: Kind of Blue
LABEL: Columbia CL 1355 Mono Pressing
Original "Six Eyes" issue, Mono, vinyl in original polybag.
Deadwax stamped "XLP47324-1J" / "XLP47325-1BD"
CONDITION:
Vinyl: VG++ / So close to Near Mint
Super clean vinyl with full gloss. No warping.
Cover: VG+
No seam splits. Seams are tight. No pen marks. Fresh, glossy look to the front cover with bright colors. Back cover has a light brown tint at top 1/5, maybe from exposure to sunlight (?), not really sure but need to point out and please see photos.
My Grading : Open / unsealed vinyl is play-graded on a quality turntable & cartridge (VPI Traveler and Lyra Delos).
I use the Goldmine standard for play grade only. I do not comment on visual condition unless it is very noticeable. I will indicate any glaring visual marks on the vinyl or problems with the cover in the “Notes:” section.
My Packing Method : I use brand new LP mailers with cardboard inserts. I remove the LP & sleeve from the cover and pack them tightly against the outside of the cover and then place all contents in a plastic LP cover protector to avoid seam splits and any additional cover wear during transit.
