Description

Columbia SAX 2252 Blue Silver ES1 Beethoven "Emperor" Concerto EMIL GILELS piano,  Leopold LUDWIG conducting Philharmonia Orchestra.

One of many quality ORIGINAL mainly UK FIRST PRESSING classical recordings I am listing all from a SUPERB ONE OWNER COLLECTION purchased new in the "Golden Age"  1950s-60s. I have acquired the collection direct from the gentleman's widow - they were bought from new, mostly PLAYED ONCE on highest quality equipment and recorded on reel to reel and then ARCHIVED away.   I will point out any flaws (should there be any) as I individually list each one.

This one is Columbia Sax 2252  Blue & Silver ES1 label.   Original liner sleeve in super condition. The labels are in mint condition.  Outer sleeve is in TATTY condition with REPAIRS - see scans.  The vinyl looks near mint, looking like only been played one or two times MAXIMUM.  If you have a nice replacement sleeve then you are on a real winner with this one.

Owing to past problems there will be no shipping to PO Box addresses & South America.  Many thanks.
