Columbia SAX 2487 1st Ed. The Red Army Ensemble

Description

Columbia SAX 2487 1st Edition blue and silver label.
Red Army Ensemble. This is a beautiful performance of mostly Russian and Ukrainian folk songs. Also includes a wonderful rendition of the Scottish song "Annie Laurie".
I have played this record through and find that it would benefit from an industrial standard cleaning, which I do not possess. Although there are no major ticks or jumps, the record does have a some background crackling, and this down grades it to very good plus. The sound is nevertheless exceptional! The sleeve has a small tear on the front, right but is otherwise fine and is therefore in very good condition,
