Description
Columbia SAX 2566 - BIZET - L'ARLESIENNE & CARMEN SUITES 1st issue
Paris Conservatoire Orchestra/Andre Cluytens
Record grades at a very strong EXCELLENT++ - no marks visible on close inspection under strong light, except for a couple of fingerprints to each side. Playgraded by my father, who reported a very enjoyable listening experience with no faults to mention.(I rather think thats where the fingerprints came from, I don't recall seeing them when I initially visually graded the record).
Sleeve grades at VG+. I have tried to picture the small faults. There is a small original price label to front top rh corner, which should remove without issue. There are a couple of small crease lines to the front upper edge near the spine(one on the logo, the other just below the logo), and a couple of very small crease lines at the bottom edge. Rub at spine side top corner and opening edge bottom corner. Darkened at front opening edge. Slight marks at the spine corners(when I acquired the record there was tape at the corners - for protection rather than repair). Small mark to rear spine side bottom corner. Slight loss to flipover surface at rear top spine side corner, with a small creased area. Tiniest trace of ringwear. Spine and spine lettering are in very tidy shape. EMI inner sleeve shows slight creasing and some browning.
A RARE ITEM
Note glare on photos is due to my poor camera skills.
