From my PERSONAL Collection - bought used, and just played on my new Denon turntable.
I rate/price LPs on sound mostly - then cover, inserts, LP sleeve, etc. I care about the sound the most.

Side #1: Next to NO surface noise throughout. Side #2: Same as side #1! Side #3: Same again - this is a phenomenal LP! Side #4: More of the same - which is Next to NO surface noise!!!! Not sure what it sounded like Brand New, but this is very, very close - could be the quietest LP I have!
LPs have been cleaned, play tested, sleeved and protected in an outer sleeve. I pack carefully and ship in a new or used, but in good shape, LP mailer with the LP outside the original cover. 

The LPs play through fine - NO SKIPS!
