Description

Near Mint Blues Masters

The Complete Series Volume 1 -10

10 Record Set By Blue Horizon (late 1960’s)

Records are in Near Mint – Mint condition. The records were played only 4 times each for recording purposes only. The cover jackets are near mint with no corner dings, bends, creases or rubbing marks. I purchased these albums new and they have been stored in a cool non-smoking environment. A collectors dream come true.

Added Note: Record number 5 in the series is the only cover jacket with any kind of marks. I have just included a scan of the back of the cover and you can see some black type of marking on the right side of the album back cover. The album came with these marks - some type of machine or such marking when cover was printed or packaged?

All Albums include the promo insert as shown in the picture except for 1, 3, 4. I am a purest collector who keeps everything for purchased items. If albums 1 3 4 do not have inserts then they did come with the inserts at the time of purchase. I bought these albums new and opened them up. They have never been out of my possession. When I bought this set I had to go to 4 different record shops to get the complete set as no one shop received all ten albums.

If you are a record or blues collector you already know about this set. High grade single albums for this set sell for $25 – $50 on Ebay.

This is a rare opportunity to obtain the complete set in like new condition. The starting price reflects the value of the whole collection as a set (try and find another complete set of this quality anywhere else)

Albums Volumes Include:

1 Elmore James 6 Mississippi Joe Callicott

2 Otis Rush 7 Johnny Shines

3 Magic Sam 8 Sunnyland Slim

4 Bukka White 9 Johnny Young

5 Furry Lewis 10 Champion Jack Dupree

If you would like a complete Breakdown on the songs on each album, please email me for the list. Too long to post on Ebay.
