Description
This is a classic soon becoming exceedingly rare and is already desirable, many copies aren’t left in such condition.
This is the rare first edition, none available on discogs. It’s identified by these designations:
First/early pressing with light blue labels.
Track B2 is misspelled as "Blueses by Monk" and misattributed to Warren Smith.
463 West St address on back of cover.
The record has spindle marks and scuffing with a light crackle at times. The vinyl still has a shine, with no deep scratches and a slight warp, follow the youtube link below for evidence of this. It’s a minimal warp because I’m playing back on a linear tracking turntable with low clearance. The cover has a slight warp which is usually present if it’s been in shrink for 50 years. Please look at the pictures. The cover has no splitting and little to no staining on the back which also sometimes befalls covers in shrink.

I cleaned this with rca discwasher 4 and stored it in a static free inner and outer in a temperature controlled and low humidity setting per the library of congress phonograph archiving standards.
