Limited Edition 5x10 "vinyl box
The box includes 5 x 10 "vinyl, period inner sleeves, 4 x art cards, extended essay and iconic imagery of the blues legends.

5x10 "vinyl box! Not only are they the greatest band in the world: the Rolling Stones are also the greatest champions of the blues. Who better curate such a compilation than the Rolling Stones, whose music has been inspired by the blues throughout their careers? The Confessin The Blues compilation brings together the greatest blues musicians and offers a perfect overview of the genre. The playlists of the different formats were selected by The Rolling Stones.

The Rolling Stones were fans and supporters of the blues even before their great career began - and still are today. On their current studio album Blue & Lonesome they interpret blues classics, many of which can also be found in the original on Confessin The Blues. Confessin The Blues features titles from the greatest blues pioneers including Howlin Wolf, John Lee Hooker, Elmore James, Muddy Waters, Chuck Berry, Big Bill Broonzy and Robert Johnson. These artists had a lasting influence on the creation of the Rolling Stones, be it the influence on Keith's guitar licks or Mick's vocals and lyrics.

Confessin The Blues will be released as 2x2 vinyl LP sets and as a 5x10 vinyl book (replicas of the original 78RPM releases). All versions include liner notes by music journalist Colin Larkin. The book format also offers so-called movable art card prints by the blues illustrator Christoph Mueller. The album artwork was designed by Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood.
