Description

Agrupamento da Ilha - O Ritmo das Ilhas Verdes, S. Tomé e Princípe LP
(english) Island Group or Ensemble from the Island  - The Rhythm of The Green Islands

LP recorded in S. Tomé (National Radio Studios).
Printed in Portugal by a label not well known...INTERFASE, 1987.
Truly rare and musically interesting record.
This is an african record from the islands of S. Tomé e Princípe (Guinea Golf) rare and with an odd instrument in african music: mandolin!
Fantastic sound.
As usual, electric guitars... Soukous related sound, but with a touch of mandolin...

Two more tracks from the LP.
I recorded the tracks with a smartphone in front of the speakers.
Sorry for that, but can't do it in another way.
