Description
Full-length LP from Steve Kuhn titled "Trance" released by ECM Records (ECM 1052 ST) in 1975. Adventurous studio release from American jazz pianist who emerged in the 1960's. Kuhn leads a quartet playing both acoustic and electric piano on these original jazz compositions that have much of that contemporary atmosphere common to ECM releases with plenty of moments of probing and free soloing. Steve Swallow on electric bass, Jack DeJohnette on drums and Sue Evans on percussion.
