Description

Blue and silver label, deep groove. Sings 12 songs with the Johnny Pate quartet. Pate, bass; Floyd Morris, piano; Wilbur Wynne, guitar; Charles Walton, drums. Songs are mostly standards. Extremely rare. Fine accompaniment. Cover: VG to VG+. 5” split top edge; 6” split bottom edge. Very light aging on the back cover. Front cover has some peeling of the lamination along the insert edge. Some discoloration between the lamination and the paper cover. Undoubtedly a function of age and the manufacturing process. Record: Mint(-). Visually shows no wear. Possibly played only a very few times. No surface noise. Fine copy. Audibly checked.
