Good + - Media will have heavy marks and surface noise will be present and overpowering the audio but without skipping, Sleeve will have heavy wear to a point of splitting or small tears but overall intact
Good - Media will have heavy marks and skipping can be present, Sleeve will be heaviliy worn and a large rip, split of tear will be present that means the media cant be contained in sleeve
