Corrosion Of Conformity ORIG US LP Eye for an eye EX ’85 Toxic Shock TXLP04 Punk
Original US LP released in 1985 on Toxic Shock Records. Cat: DTXLP04.Kicking off a recording career covering three decades, this aggressive debut from Raleigh North Carolina's legendary Corrosion of Conformity announced the group's destructive musical intentions. The original lineup of Eric Eycke on vocals, bassist Mike Dean, and co-founders Woody Weatherman (guitars) and Reed Mullin (bass), plows through 20 tracks of leftist hardcore on Eye for an Eye. More punk sounding than early '80s thrash-metal contemporaries Metallica, from the west coast, and Anthrax, from the East, C.O.C. claimed the title of hardcore's southern ambassadors with this release.

There are some spindle marks on labels. Record has some light scuff marks that cause some light crackles and is in Excellent condition. Gloss cover has light marks and a small surface tear on top front centre edge and is in VG+ condition.

Wrapping method: All records are sent in stiff cardboard mailers then wrapped in brown paper and sealed around edges with brown packaging tape. Records are taken out of sleeve to avoid seam splits and ring wear.
Post methods within Australia: All records are posted via Australia Post. Within Australia all items come with a tracking number.
Post method for overseas: All parcels are sent via Australia Post and are sent on a standard airmail service. There are no tracking numbers on these items. If you require a tracking number the item will have to be sent as an insured item which incurs a further postage fee.
