Mega Rare LP of Count Basie - Count Basie (RCA LPM-1112 - mono) Original black label with "Nipper" logo at the top and deep groove on both sides. One of Basie's early LPs is a real classic that no serious jazz collector can be without.
The LP is in VG+ condition with some marks and much if not most of the original shine - not for the audiophile, but certainly not trashed either - actually pretty darned good for an LP of this vintage. Still, you may hear a bit of noise on this one. The cover (with artwork by Andy Worhol) is in VG+ condition with some general age/shelf wear (including paper loss on the spine, though the spine is NOT split) NO splits, NO tape, NO writing, NO stickers, NO stamps. Not perfect, but how many of these do you see anymore?
The LP will be carefully packed using professional materials (over twenty years experience safely selling jazz LPs around the world).
Shipping discounts available for multiple items sent together to any country.
Mailing costs have gone up. Postal rates have increased, the cost of record mailers have increased and e-bay now charges a fee for mailing (in addition to Paypal’s fees on mailing payments). I have done what I can to keep mailing costs down, but I have no control over these increases.
International mailing costs: International overseas mailing (Europe, Japan, Asia etc…) for one LP would be $17.00. This reflects increases in postage costs, e-bay fees on shipping, Paypal fees as well as mailers and packing materials. One LP to Canada would be $11.00
US mailing costs: Media mail rate as calculated to a U.S. address. This reflects increases in postage costs, e-bay fees on shipping, Paypal fees as well as mailers and packing materials.
Paypal accepted or write for other payment options. Serious bidders only - payment must be received in ten days from notification. All items are guaranteed upon return in condition sent, but mailing costs are NOT refundable. Thanks for your interest and good luck.
