Coven - Witchcraft Destroys Minds & Reaps Souls LP ORIGINAL Mercury ?SR 61239 
VG picture cover, has a small tear at the lower front left, other than that sleeve is nice with just a bit of seam splitting. 
G+ vinyl, has many light scratches, plays through with some clicking and noise but still a nice listen.
Shipping is $5.00 in the cont. USA through USPS Media Mail. Canada is $16.00.
Shipping everywhere else is $24.  Vinyl is removed from picture sleeve when shipped to prevent seam splitting.  Record is shipped in a cardboard record mailer with at least 1-2 "stiffeners".
