Description

I've been collecting records for 38 years.  It's time to start selling some.

Up for bid is a RARE original release from 1969 on Mercury Records(SR 61239).  It is a Canadian stereo pressing.  It has a tri-fold cover.  Hard to find and highly sought after original press of this debut lp from Coven.  What makes this lp particularly collectable(aside from its satanic themes--somewhat unusual and controversial at the time) is that it pre-dates Black Sabbath's debut lp and...get this...the first track on the album is titled "Black Sabbath" and the band's bass player is a man named Oz Osborne.  A terrific prog/proto-metal lp.

Cover:  Strong VG  with some ringwear, minor creasing, 1 & 2 inch split on spine(can be mended)

Vinyl:  Strong VG  with scuffs/hairlines that do not affect play.  Sounds great!
