Cradle & Folksongs Rita Streich DGG SLPEM 136 462

Rita Streich with the Regensburg Boys Choir and the Orchestra of the Bavarian Radio conducted by Kurt Gaebel performs “Cradle Songs and Folksongs”. A German stereo pressing on the Deutsche Grammophon Label (SLPEM 136 462), the labels have a tulip border and logo with “alle hersteller” at 2 o’clock. Apart from a few minor scuffs, the record is of excellent appearance and plays and sounds superb with a minimum of surface noise. The cover has rubbed alittle with other minor wear.
