This superb 1967 early 1st MONO pressing is on the textured blue & silver Reaction label: 593003

The side 2 label has the 'Windfall Music' publishing credit, later changed to 'Immediate Music'.

The date on side 2 is 1967 which was corrected to 1966 on all later pressings.

The LP is housed within in a FULLY (front & rear) laminated 'Ernest J. Day' printed mono cover.

Complete with its original poly-lined printed inner-sleeve.

A really top-class set with just a hint of wear around each centre hole but no discernable spindle trails on either.

Visual: 1. EXCELLENT  2. EXCELLENT +

Superb deep-gloss surfaces which in strong daylight display just a single faint surface mark (not a scratch) on side 1 together with a few inner-sleeve storage marks. Apart from that however, there is very little to fault indeed. Close examination directly beneath my unforgiving halogen desk lamp reveals nothing more than a sparling rainbow shines and a few barely visible wispy paper hairlines. This very early copy is extremely heavy for its type & lies 100% flat on the turntable with no dishing or warping to either side.

Play: EXCELLENT +

This copy has received just a few careful plays on good quality equipment as I could find no evidence whatsoever of any groove/play wear on any track. The sound is full, warm & powerful and my single careful play-check found only a touch of occasional light background on the run-ins and between a few tracks, together with a few soft ticks on the fade-out of the final track on side 1. Apart from these minor blemishes, there really is little else to fault on this spectacular album.

A truely 1st-class example of this vivid & vibrant cover which retains an incredible, unfaded high-gloss front panel with no 'thumbnails', spine bends or any other creasing or wear. There is minor shelfwear bruising to the lower left corner but both opening edges are clean, sharp & undamaged. The rear panel is a clean & glossy as the front and is again without any wrinkling or wear. Both seams are unstressed & unsplit and the unlaminated spine is clean & white and without any damage or wear to the lettering.

Inner-sleeve

Clean & flat with just a few faint storage bends but no writing, seam splits or tears.
