RARE UK original 1st pressing LP by Cream titled "Disraeli Gears". Stereo 1st UK pressings are pretty rare now. Sleeve is fully laminated, both sides are laminated and the sleeve is printed by 'Ernest J. Day & Co'. But what makes this copy SUPER RARE are the matrix numbers which end A-1/B-1. This is a true first pressing and copies with these numbers hardly never turn. To get an idea how rare these numbers are, all you have to do is a quick search on Popsike.com and see how few copies have these matrix numbers, most listed as 1st pressing don't have the A-1/B-1 matrix numbers, but have later numbers.
VINYL - Both sides of the record are in VG+ condition. Could only see a few light superficial surface marks (nothing serious). Of course there are NO Skips, NO Jumps, NO Sticking and NO Warping. There are a couple of light clicks here and there, but as they fall during loud passages of play they are not that noticeable, other then that the record sounds GREAT, with clean sound and no intrusive background noise. Still has that lovely glossy sheen to vinyl (see photo's).
SLEEVE - The fully laminated sleeve is in Near Mint condition. NO spine wear (text is all readable), NO edge wear, just a tiny trace of corner wear and a couple of tiny/light creases. NO tears/rips, NO splits. NO Writing, pen marks or Graffiti. Still has retain its lovely glossy shine (see photo's).
LABELS - The labels are in EX+ condition. Just a light trace of spindle marks, NO Writing, pen marks or Graffiti.
INNER – The original inner is in EX condition. NO splits, NO tears, NO Writing, pen marks or Graffiti.
All my records are stored in protective plastic sleeves, standing upright with no pressure on them, so you know they have been well looked after. Will be listing many more over the coming months, so please feel free to drop by and see what I have listed.
(note: never grade Mint as I believe once it’s been played, even just once it’s no longer Mint)
Record will be sent out in plastic protective outer sleeve which it has been stored in.
