Description
SUPER RARE FIRST PRESSING MONO UK LP of the classic psychedelic album Disraeli Gears by Cream on Reaction Records (593 003) released in 1967 in great condition!
Disraeili Gears is Cream's second UK full length LP release. Cream featured Eric Clapton, Jack Bruce and Ginger Baker. This is the very first UK pressing with A1/B1 matrix numbers in the dead wax of the disc and has a fully laminated jacket (BOTH FRONT AND BACK ARE LAMINATED) as only first pressings have. Second pressing jackets have front laminated jackets only. Genuine first pressings are very difficult to find.
This item is NOT REPRODUCTION and is NOT A REISSUE!
Grading:
Jacket: (NM) Ernest J. Day & Co. fully laminated jacket is in super clean condition. Jacket states MONO on back. The front, back, spine, seams and corners are all superb. NO seam splitting, NO writing, NO stickers and NO spine spliting. Nice corners. The jacket is just beautiful and you may never see a cleaner one!
Disc labels: (NM-/NM-) Both labels are very clean with light spindle wear.
Vinyl: (VG++/VG++) Disc is super glossy, heavyweight and looks superb. Looks lightly played. There are some very superficial light lines. NO deep scratches and NO scuffs. Disc is NOT warped. Includes die-cut paper inner sleeve.

Goldmine/Record Collector grading system.
Any item sold as STILL SEALED cannot be returned unless it is STILL SEALED. No exceptions.
Grading: We are conservative graders and try to be as concise and as accurate as possible without a lot of the standard hype. We will never explain the condition of an item by saying it "looks good for something this old" as we consider that patronizing and an insult to potential buyers. Please ask us questions about any details about the item before bidding.
Packaging & Shipping:
All items are professionally packaged with high quality unused materials for shipment. No items will ever be loose in their shipping cartons. Records that are not sealed in their original shrink-wrap will never be shipped in their original jackets. All vinyl will be in poly-lined sleeves and outside of their original jackets so that no seam splitting can result from the shipping process.
Shipping charges for vinyl discs and memorabilia include the cost of postage and boxes with extra padding. Good packaging is not cost effective but we insist upon safe and secure packaging. We do not want you to receive damaged items!
