Cream, Wheels Of Fire, Orig UK Mono G/fld Dbl LP, VG+/EX, A-1 Matrix, 1st Press!

Description

Original UK Polydor rough matt red labels double mono LP, this is the very first mono pressing with all A-1 B-1 A-1 B-1 matrices and 1-1- mother stampers.   The foil E. J. Day Group gatefold sleeve is intact & in VG+ condition, with some light edge/corner wear & storage rubbing on the outer cover, with some light rubbing on the inner cover. The spine is intact, but worn and mostly readable, and the plain company inners are in VG+ condition.   The records are in visually in EX condition, sides 1 & 2 have a few visible hairlines & one or two light needle marks and sides 3 & 4 have a few more faint sleeve removal hairlines & needle marks visible under bright light on each side. The labels are in EX condition, clean & bright with evidence of a few spindle markings on sides 1 & 2 & on sides 3 & 4.   The sound reproduction is still EX, clear & precise throughout with definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief background noise during the run in grooves and some occassional low background noise in some of the queiter passages, overall it is still a great listen and plays really well!   The matrix nos. are; 583031, A//1-420 mother stamper 1-, B//1-420 mother stamper 1-1, A//1-420 mother stamper 1-2-3, B//1-420 mother stamper 1-1. This is one of the very earliest 1st pressings of the original 1968 UK mono 1st issue of this album!!
All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund on return of the record, no problems!   All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide.   All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!
